Let's start by saying I had been looking at other dealers near my home, couldn't get the payment near what was affordable for my budget or didn't have the color I wanted....So disappointing.I happen to be in the area for a family brunch today and saw this dealership on my way home, thought why not stop in to see what kind of deal they had offer, can't hurt right? I went to have the safety feature install, which only took 2 hours, I had to returned in 2 days, before my 100k mile warranty expired, that took a lot longer. Overall , Colin in service was good. Then I received a survey call , which I realized was AI! Didn't like that, would have prefer a Real person checking back. I probably will return for future service.
My recent maintenance check up went smoothly, and everything was on time and very efficient!

A few hiccups not withstanding, I would recommend Family Hyundai if you're thinking of buying a new car or getting service on your existing Hyundai.
